Our name is often mispronounced, Tyche rhymes with Mikey, pronounced TYE-KEE. Tyche was the Greek goddess of fortune, chance, providence and fate.

Sarah, a native of Mesa, AZ, now resides in Queen Creek. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University (NAU) and has a profound appreciation for all things Arizona. Sarah and her husband, Dominic, met in 2003 while working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car right after college. They married and have since enjoyed life with their two wonderful daughters and three sweet doodles. The family loves escaping the summer heat at their cabin in Show Low and enjoys hiking, working out, and spending quality time together. Their daughters are active volleyball players, adding to the family's vibrant and active lifestyle.

Amber Kremlacek is brings her enthusiasm and local expertise to the team. Having lived in the Chandler/Gilbert area of Arizona for the past 33 years, Amber and her family have deep roots in the community they cherish.
Amber’s husband, Jared, and their two active daughters keep the family busy with school and sports activities. Their adventures are often accompanied by their lively boxers, Zeke and Jax.
Before transitioning to real estate, Amber spent 14 years teaching second and third grade, where she honed her skills in creativity, organization, and nurturing. This background has equipped her to bring a caring, compassionate approach to her real estate practice, ensuring that each client’s goals are heard and achieved.

Amy Matson joins our team with a unique housing perspective. She has a B.S. in Business Real Estate with an emphasis in Construction Management from Washington State University. After college, she moved to Arizona and began her career in Commercial Real Estate. Since then, Amy is now owner and designer of White Rose Home Design. She specializes in land acquisitions and home remodeling.
Through her experience with custom home builds to makeovers of existing homes, Amy has extensive technical knowledge of the building process as well as materials and product performance. Her chief focus is to help her clients make the best decisions for their lifestyle and budget
goals. With her dedicated team of elite sub-contractors, Amy manages all aspects of remodels including design, product/price/time/crew management, conflict resolution, and quality control of the final outcome.

Loretta Kohatsu is proud to be part of Tyche Real Estate, working alongside Sarah and her team. A long-time resident of Arizona, Loretta has witnessed the remarkable changes and growth in the region. She grew up in Tempe and raised her two beautiful daughters in Mesa. Loretta is also blessed with four amazing granddaughters.
With extensive experience in self-employment, Loretta and her husband successfully owned and operated a home inspection business for over a decade. Her career also includes roles in residential real estate in the Valley and a land development project in Show Low.
In 2021, Loretta moved to Show Low and is currently enjoying the breathtaking beauty of the White Mountains. Outside of her professional life, she has a passion for woodworking and delights in creating unique pieces. Loretta also shares her home with a beloved dog named Kenzie.
